His Excellency the Secretary of State for Cooperatives (SECoop), Eng. Arsénio Pereira da Silva, M.Agr., participated in the consultation session of the 2026 Budget Journey, held at the Kay Rala Xanana Gusmão Auditorium, Ministry of Finance building, Aitarak Laran.

The 2026 Budget Journey was organized by the Ministry of Finance with the aim of analyzing national priorities and defining fiscal scenarios and expenditure ceilings for the 2026 budget year, under the theme “Optimizing Results with Realistic Spending.”

The forum was led directly by His Excellency the Prime Minister, Kay Rala Xanana Gusmão, and was attended by members of the IX Constitutional Government, members of the National Parliament, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Timor-Leste (CCI-TL), civil society organizations (NGOs), and development partners.
