Ars\u00e9nio Pereira da Silva, M.Agr., participated in the consultation session of the 2026 Budget Journey, held at the Kay Rala Xanana Gusm\u00e3o Auditorium, Ministry of Finance building, Aitarak Laran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 2026 Budget Journey was organized by the Ministry of Finance with the aim of analyzing national priorities and defining fiscal scenarios and expenditure ceilings for the 2026 budget year, under the theme \u201cOptimizing Results with Realistic Spending.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The forum was led directly by His Excellency the Prime Minister, Kay Rala Xanana Gusm\u00e3o, and was attended by members of the IX Constitutional Government, members of the National Parliament, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Timor-Leste (CCI-TL), civil society organizations (NGOs), and development partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SECoop Media<\/h1>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>D\u00edli, June 13, 2025 His Excellency the Secretary of State for Cooperatives (SECoop), Eng.
